On National Libraries Day I was going to pay a visit to a few of the newer libraries in London, join them, borrow a few books and have a look at some of the latest examples of public library design in London.
But then I thought it would be much more fun if I invited people to come with me.

I’ll try to come along – I was thinking it would fit it nicely with the librarithon idea.
Are you going to visit as many as possible in one day then?
When I was mulling over the librarithon idea I thought I’d do as many as possible over a week, but other library-related plans have got in the way. So it looks like Saturday will be the main day now… so, yes, count me in.
